I hardly knew the Rev, having taught at Shiplake College for only a term. However, just before Christmas he was making toasted sandwiches to for a charitable cause. I was unable to come down at the start of break but, earlier, I had "ordered" a couple and said I would be down to pick them up. I set off only to find him coming to meet me, with hot toasties in hand, as he didn't want me to miss out. This illustrates for me his kindness and thoughtfulness. Neil
